Rock band and decadence

Hello, everyone!
I have an idea for RP, but I don't know whether it will be interesting to someone. But let?s try.
I love music, entourage of post-apocalyptic and to play the emotions, the thoughts in the RP.

I would like to play something atmospheric, in the entourage of an industrial city, where is standing the atmosphere of decay and rot. Let's say that society is divided into two layers: the aristocracy and the plebeians (banal, but interesting). At the external well-being of the aristocracy, they have decayed souls. And plebeians are forced to survive. I would like to play story about rock band, consisting of representatives both layers of the society. Your attitude to rotting city, your vision of the mission of the group (being a light in the darkness, watching from the side or have fun) - only your business.
I want more of thoughts, feelings and conversations than action.
Would be great if we can come together in musical taste, and play the characters based on real musicians.

I prefer a 1x1 roleplay or roleplay with not a big company. And, comrades, I?m not promise very fast game, it?s little difficult to me ? writing on English.
I would like to add that I?m newbie in RP and need help in organizational aspects like create new topic with game, etc. And English isn?t my native language. Thanks for your understanding.
