Pro Bono Resources | Law Offices of Lynda L. Hinkle, L.L.C.

Many people come to us asking if we offer pro bono services. We do, in limited ways, offer pro bono assistance through some recognized legal assistance programs, though we cannot help as many people as we would like to be able to do. ?Pro bono help in family court matters is almost impossible to get anywhere in New Jersey with the budget cuts to legal services. Below are some potential helpful resources for various types of court matters or other types of assistance.

In the event that you cannot get pro bono assistance, we do take credit card payments for retainers and offer payment plans after the initial retainer. We understand that legal help can be costly, but sometimes in the long run it saves you from losing money. You can always call for a free half hour consult and we will tell you honestly if we think your matter is something that requires a lawyer?s assistance or if there are other things you could do to help yourself. ?You may find that when you have a plan and the right information, friends or family are willing to help you, or that you can borrow funds from a variety of sources to get assistance. Sometimes, it?s worth it. When it isn?t, we?ll tell you so.
